Click Or Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media management, search engine optimisation, paid advertising, website development, graphic design, video production, and marketing consultation.
Service agreements are established through written proposals and invoices. Payment terms are specified in each individual service agreement. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
Monthly retainer services require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Project-based services are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, required assets, and access to necessary accounts and platforms. Delays caused by client inaction may affect delivery timelines at no fault of Click Or Media.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom creative work produced for their brand. Click Or Media retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, software) remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
While we employ proven strategies and best practices, Click Or Media does not guarantee specific results including rankings, follower counts, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
Click Or Media's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bathinda, Punjab.
